At Sadi Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
